Delivery is to UK mainland only excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland where additional charges apply.

Orders regardless of the number of items* are charged on a UK mainland rate of £9.95 ("next day", "morning" and Saturday delivery surcharges will still apply, see below).

After you make your order we will normally attempt to contact you by phone within 2-5 working days to arrange a convenient delivery day. This is also an ideal time for you to ask us any questions about your purchase, we are always more than happy to give advice about our plants. You will not be charged for any purchases until after this time. We will not dispatch without this prior confirmation.

Your delivery will be scheduled to arrive between 9.00 am and 5.00 PM Tuesdays to Fridays. Plants can be left outside or with nieghbours by prior arrangement but we cannot be held responsible for any loss.

We will normally dispatch within 7 days of confirmation of order subject to availability (please note that we will not deliver if ambient overnight temperatures are likely to damage your plants – if overnight temperatures are very low you may have to wait a few days before we are able to deliver your plant safely, we are sure you will understand).

Special deliveries:

*Delivery on Saturdays mornings can be specially arranged for orders received before 11.00am on the Thursday of that week - please note there is a £45 surcharge for this service.

*Delivery to the Scottish highlands. There is a surcharge of £9.75 for this service and deliveries may take an extra day please contact us if you are not sure what postcodes constitute a highlands delivery service.

*Next day delivery can also be arranged for confirmed orders received before 11.00am Mondays to Thursdays on the day before receipt - please note there is an additional £10 surcharge for this service. This service is not available for Scottish highlands.

*Morning delivery (before 12.00 noon) add £5 surcharge.

Potting up. If you have ordered a plant with a self-watering container and would like us to pot up for you this can be arranged but due to the increased P&P costs there is a additional charge of £5 for containers less than 29cm across, £10 for containers from 30cm to 45cm across, for ready potted containers over 46cm please contact us.

Please be assured, your plants are securely packaged, delivered by tried and trusted couriers and will reach you in perfect condition.

* Important Note - Some of our very large specimen plants and some particularly bulky orders will incur an additional delivery charge, however, if this is the case, we will notify you beforehand and you will not incur any charges until you agree to the delivery arrangements and costs. This is a rare condition and we assure you we will always let you know in advance.
