Care Information

  • Site

    Best out of the hottest direct sunlight but needs a bright position esspecially in winter.

  • Temperature

    A warm spot is best, keep it away from areas that have sharp temperature changes.

  • Water

    Like all figs let it dry out slightly inbetween waterings. Be careful not to overwater over the darker Autumn/Winter months.

  • Feeding

    Benifits from feeding over the growing season with a balanced feed every 2-3 weeks.

  • Tip

    Reppoting is best in the spring just as the new leaf buds are beginning to open.

An unusual fig from central Africa with long rounded dark green leaves. Quite quick growing in the right spot. Great if you want to grow an indoor tree!
