Yuccas are pretty
well known easy house plants, tolerating full sun and thriving on a
minimal amount of care. Large and or branched specimens are hard to
get hold of but make a fantastic specimen plant for a well lit room
or conservatory.
Site: A
bright position it will take direct sun. Or a bit of shade but spin
it around fron time to time or the branches will lean towards the light.
Temp: Pretty
hardy it will stand being in all but the coldest conservatories.
Water: Keep
well watered in summer and infrequently in winter. The more you water
it over the summer the faster it will grow. Its always best (and important
over winter) to let the plant dry out before watering again.
Feeding:
A liquid feed every 3 weeks or so over summer (Less if you want to restrict
growth)
Tip: Use
a free draining compost. It can be put outside over the summer months.
