Your contact details
We use an established, recognised shopping cart service provider - Shopify - to process and store your address and contact information securely. The Shopify system is secured by SSL certificates.
We do not have access to any of your sensitive payment details. We use recognised, payment card processing service providers - Stripe and PayPal- to process and store your payment card details. Both services use the latest state-of-the-art encryption technology to protect your card details during transmission over the internet. Your card details are stored whilst the transaction is processed in accordance with the Payment Card Data Industry Security Standards.
All transactions are secure. Shopping here is one of the safest and easiest ways to shop online.
How can I verify that the credit card page is secure? - This is easy, when you have entered your name and delivery details and decide to proceed to the secure payment page you will see the lock icon in the status bar of your browser. Just hover your mouse over it and it will show you that it's "SSL Secured 128bit"
We may also collect general user tracking information related to our website use using Google Analytics and Social Media Channels (see below). This information may be collected and stored whenever a request is made for any page or image on our servers. This information can be analysed and presented in the aggregate or organized by user sessions. We may use general tracking information (generated by Google Analytics) for analysis and reporting on site activity. For example, we may want to know how long the average user spends on our site, or which pages or features get the most attention.
Storage of your personal data
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
