Care Information

  • Site

It's highly versatile and will enjoy almost anywhere, but is best in a bright spot out of sustained direct sunlight.

  • Temperature

In its natural environment, it would stay pretty warm. It can however tolerate some cold, but it's best to keep it above 15°C.

  • Water

Try to keep the soil moist without waterlogging the root system. During summer, regular watering intervals of once a week is usually preferable, but during its winter dormancy this will drop to about once a month.

  • Feeding

It will cope just fine without feeding, but a weak liquid feed once a month during the growing season will encourage it.

  • Tip

A fine misting once a week will really set it on its way!

Syngonium 'Arrow' nephthytis

Arrow Plant

This product has no reviews yet.  Write a Review

Known for its striking arrow shaped leaves, this is a relatively unusual plant that is easy to care for and grow.

Once the plant reaches maturity, the new leaves will form a new shape, taking on more of a star than an arrow. Three to five segments will form from each one, giving it a variance that is becoming increasingly popular.

Not only this, but the stems will also eventually form lax climbers that can be grown or clipped to your liking, meaning this is an incredibly versatile and accessible choice for newcomers and experienced growers alike.

The marbling of the leaves with its unique cream colouring also make it a stand-out choice, without the fuss of many other variegated plant types.

Native to central and south America, this is actually considered an invasive species in some parts of the world where its stems can grow over 100 feet long!
